Remedy for Microlog Analyzer dBX unable to recognize USB drive

Summary

This article describes how to resolve an issue where, during software update installation or exporting/importing files, SKF Microlog Analyzer dBX does not recognize the USB drive, and the following pop-up window appears.

Solution

1. Re-insert the USB drive.
2. The following pop-up window will appear. Tap Yes to continue.
   
   
   
3. The USB drive is now recognized. Select it from the drop-down and tap OK.
   

If the above solution does not work:

• Close the Microlog Utility module and reload, then repeat the above process.
• Try power cycling your Microlog dBX, then repeat the above process.
