In SKF @ptitude Analyst, the diagnostic cursor has a built-in filter to only start looking at the harmonics at running speed and above, because otherwise one would find too many harmonics to conclude anything with certainty. Unfortunately, this means that the diagnostic cursor will not help locate certain harmonics, so the user will have to rely on the harmonics cursor, or add that specific frequency to the fault frequency sets of the POINT.
