When Using SKF @ptitude Analyst 2013 (non-US locale) the Rebuild Users Script Does Not Work

While running SKF @ptitude Analyst with Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 (64-bit) on a Windows 7 64-bit (non-US localization) machine, the script used to rebuild user login names (“Rebuild_loginname_username_links.sql”) does not work due to collation errors.  The work-around for the problem is provided in this article.
