Summary
Thin Client Transfer for Microlog dBX - TCTdbx version 1.1 or newer has been observed to have an issue on computers running on Windows 11. This issue is sporadic. When it occurs, the TCTdbx application freezes and it is not responding when attempting to communicate with the Microlog dBX device.
Solution

Close the TCTdbx application and ensure that the USB cable driver is installed on the computer.

To check, navigate to Window > Add or remove programs and verify that the following driver is installed:
If the issue persist even with the driver installed.

Visit the following Microsoft link to download and install Microsoft C++ 64-bit library (corresponding to VCRUNTIME140).

Select the appropriate version. For instance, use the following version for 64-bit system:
- Download the file, then right-click on it and select Run as administrator to install it.
- After installation, start the TCTdbx application and connect with the Microlog dBX device to ensure proper communication is established.
