- When using new SKF Sync Drivers, use @ptitude Analyst Configuration Tool to change the setting Software->SKFConditionMonitoring->SKFMachineAnalyst->CommunicationPreferences->RAPITimeout from 5000 to 30000. Also when using SKF Sync drivers in the absence of Windows Mobile Device Center, please make sure the only RAPI.dll files that remain on the system are in ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\SKF\SKF Sync Driver’ folder. Any other residual RAPI.dll files need to be removed from the system.
