Microsoft^®SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2019 are supported with this SKF software.
The SKF Group no longer offers product support for the Oracle database. This version of the software was not developed to be used with Oracle and has not been tested with it.
Windows 8.1, 10, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 are supported with this software.
Active Directory is supported with this release.
If a TCT version prior to version 9.0 is already installed on a system, then TCT must be manually uninstalled before upgrading to Analyst 9.0.

When using new SKF Sync Drivers, use @ptitude Analyst Configuration Tool to change the setting Software->SKFConditionMonitoring->SKFMachineAnalyst->CommunicationPreferences->RAPITimeout from 5000 to 30000. Also when using SKF Sync drivers in the absence of Windows Mobile Device Center, please make sure the only RAPI.dll files that remain on the system are in ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\SKF\SKF Sync Driver’ folder. Any other residual RAPI.dll files need to be removed from the system.

For first time Oracle users: Indexes for Oracle should be put in the INDX tablespace. If this tablespace is not created, the database update will be unable to complete. Create the INDX tablespace to allow the Database update to complete successfully. After creating the INDX tablespace, you can run the database update.
In addition to IMx-8, IMx-16 is also now supported with @ptitude Analyst MR2.
