Summary
When creating an event case document, the report window may display only a grey background and fail to generate the report.
Solution
The Event Case report requires a template to be available in @ptitude Observer. This template is normally included in the database by default.
If the template is missing, you can add it manually by navigating to:
Database > Libraries > Report Library > Add.
A default template is provided in the @ptitude Observer program folder, located by default at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SKF\Observer XX.Y\rptEventCaseReport.rpt. Where XX.Y is the Observer version.
