Summary
During new installations and for new users, empty plots without any data might be encountered.
This issue will result in a Node was not found message or an Object reference exception when attempting to open properties on a measurement point.

Solution
This issue is caused by the @ptitude Observer client not having a valid license key.
To enter a valid license key, go to Help > Enter new license key. Restart Observer after entering new license key.
