Summary
This article describes how to resolve an issue where, during software update installation or exporting/importing files, SKF Microlog Analyzer dBX does not recognize the USB drive, and the following pop-up window appears.
Solution
- Re-insert the USB drive.
- The following pop-up window will appear. Tap Yes to continue.
- The USB drive is now recognized. Select it from the drop-down and tap OK.
If the above solution does not work:
- Close the Microlog Utility module and reload, then repeat the above process.
- Try power cycling your Microlog dBX, then repeat the above process.
