SKF @ptitude Analyst Thin Client Transfer Will Not Start

SKF @ptitude Analyst Thin Client Transfer (TCT) application does not start - instead, the below error message appears:

“The program can’t start because ATL100.DLL is missing from your computer.

Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”

ATL100.DLL is a C++ file which can be installed by downloading Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime program using the following links:
