Remedy for error message Observer not compatible with Data Bridge 0.0.384

Summary

When upgrading an older version of Data Bridge to version 0.0.384 there might be an error where Data Bridge states that the Observer version is not compatible, even if it is connecting to Observer 13.3, which is supported.
Note that Data Bridge 0.0.384 is not compatible with Observer 13.2.

If trying to connect to Observer 13.2, this incompatibility message will be valid.
The incompatibility error is due to a bug in .Net related to a regression in the internal version number of a .Net library used by Data Bridge.

Solution

1. Uninstall data Bridge 0.0.384
   
2. Restart the computer if requested during the uninstallation
   
   
3. Remove the old Data Bridge data folder at C:\WINDOWS\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\SKF
   
   
4. Remove the new Data Bridge data folder at C.\ProgramData\SKF\
   
   
5. Re-install Data Bridge 0.0.384
