Summary
In rare cases, uploads from the SKF Data Bridge Service complete successfully, but the data does not appear in Observer.
When reviewing the Monitor Service Viewer on the Events tab, or when checking the Monitor log file,
an “OSMF not processed” error may be reported. This issue can be caused by a language or regional setting mismatch between the SQL Server and the Data Bridge Service or the local system.

The simplest workaround is to change the default language of the SQL user account used by the Observer Monitor Service.
- Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Navigate to: Security > Login > User.
- Open Properties for the selected login.
- On the General page, change Default language to English – us_english.
- Click OK and close the dialog.
