Summary
After upgrading to Observer 13.3, it might not be possible to synchronize an IMx-1 gateway linked to machines configured in Observer 13.1.
There might be formatting issues in how the settings for machines configured in Observer 13.1 are saved. This might lead to an issue where Observer unable to update the configuration of an IMx-1 gateway.
The gateway linked to these machines will be stuck with the self-diagnostic status Missing/Invalid configuration.
When looking at the Monitor Service Viewer Events, there will be events for the Input string that was not in the correct format.
Solution
To resolve the issue, all machines linked to the gateway need their configuration saved again so it is in the correct format.
Go to Properties and click OK on all machines in the hierarchy related to the specific gateway.
If there is any exception, click Continue, go through all the tabs and verify that values are correct, then click OK again.
