This patch includes some critical fixes and improvements:

• VSTS#687335 Added support for Phase upload in Data Bridge and dynamic data of phase type in Observer.
• VSTS#686579 Added support for order tracked FFT and time point for Microlog dBX.
• VSTS#686395 Fixed a rare crash in monitor that would lead to a SQL database error, for systems using IMx-1.
• VSTS#690222 Corrected an issue where SMTP server authentication password was not hidden behind password characters (*).
• VSTS#687725 Fixed a bug that would sometimes result in gateways not being synchronized in databases with relay sensors.
• VSTS#691361 Fixed an issue with speed ratio not being converted properly when using Microlog dBX.
• VSTS#684324 Fixed an issue with Monitor Service that would sometimes lead to a crash when inserting trend data in the database.
• VSTS#691757 Fixed an issue that would lead to not being able to acknowledge all alarms in the alarm list if they were displayed as grouped alarms.
