Remedy for Observer error message: Column ‘internalOpc’ does not belong in the table Table.“

Summary

When upgrading an @ptitude Observer database older than Observer 10.2 to Observer 13.3 or later.
There may be an error message saying “Column ‘internalOpc’ does not belong in the table Table.“.

Solution

1. Install Observer 10.2.2 Database Administrator from Observer installation package available here. It is a part of the full Observer installation and does not require a license to run.
2. Upgrade your database in question to 10.2.2
   
   
3. Now you can upgrade the database to 13.3 or later.
