Summary
When taking a measurement, a DSP error may occur. This indicates a signaling issue between the sensor and the Microlog device.
Solution
- Verify that the Microlog has the correct sensor configuration.
- Verify that the sensor and cable are working properly and are connected to the correct channel on Microlog.
- Try performing a Force Clean boot on the Microlog. While the Microlog is turned on, follow this steps:

- Press and hold the left and right arrow keys.
- Using a reset pin, press the reset button located in the small hole under the battery cover.
- The Microlog should restart. Keep holding down the arrow keys.
- When the engineering menu is displayed, release the arrow keys.
If the Microlog starts normally, retry the process from step 1.
- Press 1 for Force Clean boot.
Note: Selecting any other option may cause damage to the Microlog, requiring it to be sent in for repair. - Set the correct time and time zone.
- Press and hold the left and right arrow keys.
