Summary
In certain situations Enlight Collect IMx-1 Gateway can connect to the local Wi-Fi but cannot connect to the monitor due to an older cipher used.
The IMx-1 gateway might have issues connecting to the monitor over Wi-Fi when using a Wi-Fi router setup with the older WPA cipher, TKIP.
Before continuing to the solution and editing the cipher settings, ensure that other errors like firewalls and incorrect gateway settings are excluded.

Solution
Changing the Wi-Fi router to use the newer cipher type AES will increase the security and should resolve the communication issue.
For Teltonika router:
- Navigate to Interface Configuration > Wireless security tab.
- From the Encryption drop-down, select WPA2-EAP.
- From the Cipher drop-down, select EAS.
For D-Link router:
- Select WPA Mode as WPA2 Only
- and Cipher Type as AES.
