Belkin F5U109 USB to Serial Adapter Not Working on Windows 7 PC

There is no Windows 7 driver for Belkin's F5U109 USB-to-Serial
Adapter. However, there is another driver that will work. This article provides
an alternative driver that can be used with this adapter in order to establish
communication between an older series (serial communications) SKF Microlog
Analyzer and a Windows 7 computer.
